新型毒品吸食人群的知识行为特征及相关疾病感染状况调查

目的了解青岛市新型毒品吸食人群的知识、行为特征及艾滋病病毒（HIV）、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染状况，探索有效的干预模式，控制性病艾滋病的流行和蔓延。方法采用问卷调查方法收集信息，SPSS17.0统计软件分析资料。结果200例调查对象的艾滋病防治知识总知晓率为48.0％（96／200）；最近1次吸食新型毒品后有75.0％（150／200）的人发生过性关系，发生性关系时安全套使用率仅为15.3％（23／150）；HIV检出率为1.0％（2／200），梅毒检出率为IO.0％（20／200），HCV检出率为3.0％（6／200）。结论新型毒品吸食者安全意识差，应加强对该人群的健康教育与行为干预力度，提高该人群安全套使用率。

Survey of knowledge and behavior characteristics and related disease infection among the new type drug abusers

Objective To understand the knowledge and behavior characteristics and infection status of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV）, syphilis and hepatitis C virus （HCV） among the new type drug abusers in Qingdao, and explore the effective interventions to control the epidemic and the spread of STD/AIDS. Method Information was collected via questionnaire and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 17.0. Results Two hundred subjects were surveyed, and the overall awareness of AIDS knowledge was 48.0%（76/200）.Of them 75%（150/200） had sex behaviors after the last drug abuse and the condom use rate was 15.30//00 （23/150）.The infection rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV was 1.0% （2/200）, 10.0%（20/200） and 3.0%（6/200）, respectively. Conclusion The safety awareness among the new type drug abusers is low. Health education and behavioral intervention should be strengthened, and condom use among them should be promoted.
