| 摘 要： | A simple, accurate and sensitive method for characterization of pentachlorophenol in soil was presented. The method included Soxhlet extraction using extracting agent of methanol/water/triethylamine (80∶20∶2), decontamination using solid-phase extraction (SPE) column and characterization by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS). The developed analytical method was successfully used to the determination of pentachlorophenol in soil samples.
