摘    要:对承钢钒制品厂回转窑烟气余热锅炉存在问题进行了分析,给出了提高余热锅炉生产能力和蒸汽回收品质的改造方案.改造后,锅炉的蒸汽运行压力和蒸汽产量均提高1倍,每年可节约标煤9200 t,实现了能源的高效回收利用,降低了生产成本.

Abstract:The present problem is analyzed in gas waste heat boiler for rotary kiln in Vanadium - Product Plant of Cheng Steel; the reformation plan is proposed to expand the output capacity of boiler and improve the quality of recovery vapor. After reformation the pressure and output of vapor of boiler all are increased by one times, the standard coal saved by 9 200 tons per year. High - efficiency recovery utilization of energy is realized, the production cost reduced.
