唐钢二次能源高效利用的综合技术

摘    要:针对钢铁联合企业二次能源高效利用,唐钢不仅对企业生产过程产生的余热、余压和煤气进行了全面利用,尤其在低温余热利用(烧结余热、转炉余热)、提高二次能源利用效率等方面形成了独特的创新技术,使二次能源回收量、二次能源使用效率都达到了比较高的水平.2011年以来,二次能源自发电比例达到了70%以上.对唐钢二次能源高效利用的系列技术进行了全面阐述,对传统钢铁企业转型升级具有重要的借鉴意义.

Abstract:It is very important how to utilize effectively the secondary energy in traditional iron and steel asso- ciated enterprise. The waste heat, excess pressure and gas produced in iron and steel (material) production have been recycled thoroughly in Tang Steel. Especially, the exclusive technologies to utilize low temperature waste heat and raise recycling efficiency of secondary energy were innovated gradually. The recycling volume and efficiency have reached a higher level compared with other domestic counterparts. The self power genera- tion ratio with secondary energy has been increased to over 70% since 2011. The series of technologies in high efficiency utilization of secondary energy in Tang Steel is illustrated, which would have certain reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of the domestic traditional iron and steel businesses.
