超短波频段线性功率放大器的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种应用于超短波频段OFDM信号的线性功率放大器,设计简单、成本较低。使用SourcePull和LoadPull技术仿真出最佳源阻抗和负载阻抗,并设计了相应的匹配电路和栅极偏压保护电路。仿真和实测数据显示,功率放大器的最大输出功率为64 W,效率可达47%,IMD3和IMD5指标可以控制在-30 dB和-40 dB以下,表明该放大器在输出64 W时具有较好的线性度。

Abstract:A linear power amplifier was proposed, which was applied to OFDM signal in UHF frequency band. The design was simple, and the circuit''s cost was low. SourcePull and LoadPull techniques were used to simulate and optimize the source and load impedances. In addition, the corresponding matching circuit and the gate biasing protection circuit were designed. Finally, the simulation results and practical measured data showed that the maximum power output was 64 W and the efficiency could reach up to 47%. Besides, IMD3 was less than -30 dB, and IMD5 was less than -40 dB. The results showed that the proposed power amplifier featured a nice linearity performance in the 64 W condition.
