| 摘 要： | 探讨了胃癌病变局部免疫功能及胃粘膜细菌分布与发病机制的关系.采用放射免疫法对31例胃癌患者(实验组)与56例其它胃病患者(实验组)进行胃液SIgA含量的测定并对胃粘膜病变部位进行细菌分离培养、涂片染色镜检.结果显示,实验组较对照组胃液SIgA含量显著增多(p<0.05),胃粘膜产亚硝酸真杆菌阳性检出率亦明显升高(p<0.01).胃癌患者胃粘膜局部免疫功能失常,其发病可能与产亚硝酸真杆菌有关,胃液SIgA的测定对估价预后有一定意义. |

| Abstract: | Relation between local immune function of pathological changes of gastric cancer and bacterial distribution of gastric mucosa was probed. Radio-immune assay was adopted to measure the content of SIgA in gastric juice and isolate/culture bacteria from mucosa of 31 cases gastric cancer and 56 other gastric patients. The results showed that the value of SIgA was increased significantly in gastric cancer (31 cases) (p<0.05) as compared with those of superficial gastritis (18 cases), atrophic gastritis (13 cases) and gastric ulcer (25 cases). The detecting rate of E.nitritogenes in gastric mucosa was increased remarkably (P<0.01). |
