摘    要:在受冲击、挤压应力作用工况下破碎机颚板,球磨机衬板是典型的承载零件,在不同磨料的磨损条件下具有不同的使用寿命.本文将铸造、水韧处理及安装作为一个研究系统,提出在此工况条件下提高其使用寿命的有效制造工艺措施和使用方法,以使高锰钢这一优良抗磨材料的综合性能得以充分发挥.

Abstract:High Manganese Steel Parts, which may be work in the conditions withstood impact and press stress and with a variety of abrasive materials, have different service life.The jaw plate of a crushing machine and the liner of a grinding mill are typical load - carried parts. Considering casting & water- quenched treatment as a researched system in this paper the authors offer efficient manuthcturing technology and use means for prolong the servise life of these parts under the conditions mentioned above, so as to develop sufficiently the comprehensive properties of high manganese steel as an excellent anti - abrasive material.
