基于Stribeck摩擦模型的特大齿轮在位测量中姿态调整系统的仿真研究

摘    要:为了深入研究特大齿轮在位测量系统中的三维平台姿态调整伺服系统的控制方法,对三维平台姿态调整伺服系统的控制及其Stribeck摩擦模型进行了详细的描述。运用MATLAB对其PID控制进行了仿真研究。在跟踪正弦轨迹的仿真结果中可以看出PD控制能够取得较强好的跟踪性能,能够对本系统进行较精确的控制。

Abstract:For researching the servo control method of the large gear on line measuring system of three dimensional platform' s attitude adjustment , details are given to the three dimensional platform attitude control system and its Stribeck friction model. At the same time MATLAB Simulink is used to simulate the PID control experiment. Simulation results show that PD control can achieve a strong good tracking performance in tracking the sinusoidal trajectory , and can achieve high precision control of the system.
