磁流变液减振器及其振动控制技术概述

摘    要:在振动控制领域,基于新型磁流变液材料制成的减振器正得到越来越广泛的应用,应用磁流变液减振器对机械设备进行减振防护是近年来减振技术研究的热点之一。阐述磁流变减振器的类型及技术特点,对比几种常用的振动控制方法的优异性,讨论磁流变减振器的实用价,指出磁流变液减振器是目前减振设备的开发方向。

Abstract:The shock absorption which made by the matetial of magneto-rheological fluid is used more and more widely in shock absorption fields, reseachs on the magneto-rheological fluid shock absorption are becoming the active research focus in shock absorption fields.The type and characteristics of the magneto-rheological fluid shock absorptions are exeplored.Comparisons are made on the merits of several common control technologies.The practical values of magneto-rhelogical fluid shock absorption are discussed. It is brought forward that development of magneto-rheological fluid shock absorptions are one of the most compelling research directions of the next generation shock absoptions.
