纤维对OGFC沥青混合料性能影响研究

摘    要:OGFC(open graded friction courses)材料组成特性使得其在贮存、运输和摊铺过程中出现严重的沥青析漏现象,掺加纤维能减少沥青析漏。依托厦门市仙岳路改造工程的OGFC应用技术,利用谢伦堡析漏试验研究了不同纤维对沥青析漏的改善效果,同时结合混合料的性能试验(车辙试验、水稳试验、低温试验等),综合优选出了纤维种类。试验结果表明:采用木质素纤维能较好改善沥青析漏现象,同时也能提高混合料其他路用性能。

Abstract:The characteristics of material composition of OGFC(open graded friction courses) cause the serious asphalt leakage in the process of its storage,transportation,and paving.Adding of fiber can reduce the asphalt leakage.The OGFC application technology which relies on the reconstruction project of Xianyue Road in Xiamen is researched.The effects of improving the asphalt leakage with different fibers are also researched by employing Schellenberg Test.Moreover,the preference of type fiber is concluded according...
