| 摘 要： | 针对"厌氧 好氧"生物处理工艺的污水处理过程自控系统的要求,开发设计了一套基于工业以太网和Profibus总线的污水处理自控系统。控制系统的设计分为3个部分:电气部分、PLC程序的开发、上位机监控软件WinCC的开发。介绍了系统各组成部分的软、硬件构成及其特性,分析了系统工作的基本原理和主要过程。该系统实现了污水厂的全自动控制,实际运行效果良好。

| Abstract: | The application of the automatic control system for the "Anaerobic Aerobic"waste water treatment technics is introduced,designing a automatic control system for waste water treatment based on industrial ethernet and Profibus.The control system has three parts: electrical part,PLC program,development of the customer software with WinCC.the software,hardware and some features of the system portion are presented;the system working principles and process are analyzed.This system implements the whole automatic control,with a good outcome. |
