摘    要:依托现有电力系统的通信资源,设计了一种基于分时长期演进(TD—LTE)的电力应急通信系统,为电力应急指挥中心提供突发事件现场音视频数据,同时也为电力通信故障恢复提供高带宽的临时通道。该系统的建设提高了电力系统通信应对突发事件的能力,保障电网的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:With the support of current electrical power system communication resources, an electricity emergency communication system is designed based on TD-LTE (Time Division Long Term Evolution), which can provide on-spot audio and video data of emergency for the power emergency command center as well as temporary high bandwidth channels lor electric power communication fault recovery. The construction of the system will be helpful to improve the emergency response capability for power system communication and ensure safe and stable power grid operation.
