浅析西方国家金融监管体制对我国的启示

金融监管对稳定金融体系运行、保护消费者利益，甚至对于一个国家的经济水平等都具有重要的意义。在经济全球化和金融自由化的形势下，出于竞争和金融业自身发展的需要，世界各国掀起了金融监管领域新一轮的监管创新浪潮，引导出一系列新的发展变化趋势。在分析我国现行金融监管体系的基础上，介绍了美英德三国所代表的西方典型金融模式，并对三种监管模式进行比较，希望借鉴西方发达国家的经验对我国金融监管体制改革有所启示。

On Advices of Western Developed Countries Financial Supervision to Our Country

Financial stability of the financial system for monitoring the operation,the protection of consumer interests,even for a country's economic level has an important significance.This article aims to enhance China's financial supervision level on the basis of an analysis of the first part of the evolution of China's financial supervision and the status quo,and made the existence of China's financial supervision some of the main issues.The second part lists a typical three Western financial regulatory model,and the three model had regulatory model comparison.The third part of our financial regulatory model further with the West developed financial regulatory model comparison,the reform of China's financial supervision to prepare.In part IV of our analysis of the financial status of the regulatory basis of the experience of learning from the Western developed countries,China's financial supervision to the lack of final enlightenment for our country's financial supervisory some specific advice.
