加味半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效研究

目的：通过观察主要症状及胃镜征象的改变，比较加味半夏泻心汤与传统西医治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法：选取2011年1月-2012年1月在我科治疗的60例慢性胃炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组采用加味半夏泻心汤治疗，对照组常规西医治疗，比较两组患者主要症状及胃镜征象的改变。结果：观察组患者在痞满、胃脘痛、纳呆、嗳气、口苦以及乏力等主要症状的改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组患者胃镜下糜烂征象差异不明显（P〉0．05），均未见中或重度糜烂，提示加味半夏泻心汤或者传统西医治疗对于慢性胃炎的治疗均有效；但观察组患者胃镜征象中充血、水肿程度明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）结论：加味半夏泻心汤在慢性胃炎患者中改善各临床症状的效果更为显著，可显著降低胃组织粘膜表面的充血及水肿。

Clinical observation on treating chronic stomach with Banxia Xiexin decoction

Objective： Analysis the gastroscopic observation and main symptom of chronic gastritis patients treated with Banxia Xiexin Tang. Methods： 60 patients with chronic gastritis were selected and treated with Banxia Xiexin Tang from January, 2011 to January 2012 in our department and Divided them into 2 groups randomly as observation group and control group. Observation group re- ceived Banxia Xiexin decoction and control group received conventional treatment of western medicine. Compare the gastroscopic obser- vation and main symptom between two groups after treatment. Results： After treatment the clinical symptom scores of stomachache, swell, belching and anorexia in observation group were improved better than control group and the differences were significant. The ero- sions of gastroscopic observation between two groups has no obvious differences. But the edema and hyperemia of mucous in observation group were less than control group. Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin decoction could improve the clinical symptom and main symptoms.
