| 摘 要： | 混合式断路器(HCB)结合了机械式断路器和固态断路器的优点,是国际上断路器研究的新方向.介绍了几种混合式断路器的典型结构,阐述了自然换流和强制换流的原理.着重研究了一种基于自然换流和IGBT软关断技术的新型混合式结构,并针对该拓扑结构研制了混合式断路器.试验表明,该新型混合式断路器具有合闸和分闸动作的快速性、一致性以及限压限弧特性.

| Abstract: | Hybrid circuit breaker(HCB) combines the advantages of mechanical CB and solid state CB. It is a novel direction of circuit breaker reserch. This paper introduces several typical structures of HCB and expatiate on the principle of naturally current commutating and constrainedly current commutating.A novel structure of the HCB based on naturally current commutating and IGBT soft switching is researched. The analysis and the laboratory tests prove that the HCB has the performance of fast operating ,consistency and arc limiting, retaining the static state of the mechanical circuit breaker (MCB). |
