某海边防部队官兵健康状况

目的调查某海边防部队官兵的健康状况,为有效地开展医学保健工作提供依据。方法在某沿海边防部队,应用整群抽样方法抽取调查对象共6912人,采用自行设计的健康调查表进行问卷调查与分析。调查表含有与血液系统、消化系统、神经系统疾病相关的20项自觉症状。结果在所调查的自觉症状中,发生率居前5位的症状依次是烦躁(45.0%)、乏力(40.5%)、情绪低落(39.5%)、头晕(37.4%)和失眠34.2%;不同职别、不同军种、不同服役期、不同文化程度、不同地区、不同性别官兵的常见5种症状的发生率明显不同。结论部分官兵的健康状况存在一定问题,应针对职别、军种、服役期、文化程度、地区、性别的特点开展有效的医学保健工作。

THE HEALTH CONDITION AMONG THE OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS IN SOME COAST FRONTIER TROOPS

Objective To investigate the health condition of the officers and soldiers in some coast frontier troops,so as to provide the evidence for developing health care work. Methods The cluster sampling was used for 6921 officers and soldiers in some coast frontier troops. The self-designed health questionnaire including 20 subjective symptoms（ relevant to the diseases of hematological system,digestive system,nervous system） was used to investigate. Results Among the investigated subjective symptoms,the first five incidence rates were fidget（ 45. 0%）, tiredness（ 40. 5%）,emotionlessness（ 39. 5%）,dizziness（ 37. 4%） and insomnia（ 34. 2%）. The incidence of five symptoms was different in different rank,arm of service,length of service,educational level,district,and sex. Conclusion There were certain problems of the health condition in some coast frontier troops. The health care work should be developed to aim at the characteristics of different factors. Moreover,the health education should be reinforced,and physical examination should be regularly carried out.
