| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小针刀松解术配合手法治疗寰枕筋膜挛缩型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:34例患者予以小针刀松解术配合手法治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察、分析临床疗效.结果:痊愈21例,显效8例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为94.11%.结论:针刀能松解紧张挛缩的寰枕筋膜,增大寰枕间隙,从而减轻或解除椎动脉及神经的压迫,加之手法可疏通经络...
