心理护理对高危妊娠产妇不良心理的影响研究

目的观察心理护理对高危妊娠产妇抑郁、焦虑心理的影响。方法将72例高危妊娠产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予心理护理,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价并比较抑郁和焦虑情况。结果观察组SDS和SAS正常率分别为63.9%、72.2%,高于对照组的41.7%、47.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能改善高危妊娠产妇的心理状态。

Effect of psychological nursing of high risk pregnancy maternal

Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing of high risk pregnancy maternal. Methods 72 cases of high risk pregnancy were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, observation group was given with psychological nursing. The Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） assessment were used. Results The SDS and SAS normal rate in obser- vation group was 63.9% and 72.2% ,but in control group they were 41.7% and 47.2% ,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the risk of maternal mental state.
