摘    要:系统地考察了晶种、n(NaOH)/n(SiO2)、n(MPPBr2)/n(SiO2)和n(H2O)/n(SiO2)对合成IM-5分子筛的影响,并采用27Al MAS NMR、29Si MAS NMR和TEM表征手段探讨了IM-5分子筛的晶化机理。结果表明,添加晶种和降低体系的n(H2O)/n(SiO2)能有效缩短晶化时间;n(NaOH)/n(SiO2)和n(MPPBr2)/n(SiO2)是影响IM-5分子筛合成过程中杂晶相生成的重要因素,适当调节可有效抑制方沸石(ANA)、丝光沸石(MOR)杂晶的生成;通过优化合成条件,晶化时间可由14 d缩短至6 d,得到高结晶度的纯相IM-5分子筛。

Abstract:The effects of seeds, n(NaOH)/n(SiO2), n(MPPBr2)/n(SiO2) and n(H2O)/n(SiO2on the synthesis of IM-5 were investigated. The mechanism of IM-5 zeolite synthesis was discussed based on 27Al MAS NMR, 29Si MAS NMR and TEM characterizations. The results showed that crystallization time could be shortened by adding seeds and reducing n(H2O)/n(SiO2) in synthesis system. n(NaOH)/n(SiO2) and n(MPPBr2)/n(SiO2) were important factors for the formation of hybrid crystals, proper adjustment of which could effectively inhibit the emergence of analcime(ANA) and mordenite(MOR) impurity phases. Under optimum conditions, pure IM-5 with high crystallinity could be obtained while the crystallization time reduced from 14 d to 6 d.
