摘    要:采用电化学方法研究了Ce(SO4)2对化学镀镍液及镀层性能的影响。结果表明:Ce(SO4)2的添加总体上提高了化学镀镍层的耐腐蚀性能和沉积速率,当加入量为2mg·L^-1时,镀层具有最高的沉积速率;当加入量为5mg·L-1时,镀层具有最好的耐蚀性能;Ce(SO4)2能够在电极表面吸附,对次亚磷酸根氧化的促进作用表现在提高了其氧化电流密度,并通过影响化学镀镍的阳极反应来影响化学镀镍层的沉积速率;Ce(SO4)2的加入增大了化学镀镍反应的活化能,提高镀液的稳定性。

Abstract:Abstract: Effect of Ce(SO4)2 on electroless nickel bath and performance of coating is investigated by electrochemical method. The result shows that the corrosion resistance performance and deposition rate are improved due to the addition of Ce(SO4)2. The deposition rate and corrosion resistance performance of the coatings were both improved when the quantities added to the plating bath are 2 and 5 mg·L^-1, respectively. Ce(SO4)2 can be adsorbed in the surface of electrode, and the promoter oxidization is exhibited in the improvement of the oxide current density, and it influences the deposition rate by changing the anode reaction of electroless nickel plating. The addition of Ce(SO4)2 increases activation energy of electroless nickel plating reaction, and then improves the stability of the plating bath.
