| 摘 要： | 目的：观察综合治疗牙折裂的疗效。方法：142例（156颗患牙）牙折裂患者采用根管治疗并行全冠修复。结果：隐裂型成功率为96.3%,龈上折裂型成功率为95.3%,龈下折裂型成功率为69.7%;总成功率为88.5%。结论：牙折裂早期固定,完善根管治疗后可有效保存,并发挥咀嚼功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the odontoclasis with comprehensive treatment.Methods:All 142 cases(156 odontoclasis)were restored with full-crown after root canal therapy.Results:The effect rate was 96.3% for the cracked-teeth,95.3% for the supragingival fracture,69.9% for the subragingival fracture.The total effect rate was 88.5%.Conclusion: With fixed early and appropriate treatment,the teeth can be conserved effectively and exert good masticatory function. |
