采用三态材料防灭火技术的效果评价

摘    要:为解决阳煤集团二矿采空区浮煤自燃问题,采用三态防灭火材料在80704工作面采空区进行现场试验。通过光纤温度在线监测系统和束管监测进行相关数据采集,采空区气体浓度、温度、三带在注入三态材料后发生显著变化,各测点的O2浓度均在降低,最终维持在5%左右,CO2浓度维持在10%左右,采空区深部的温度维持在20 ℃左右,CO浓度维持在11×10-6;氧化升温带提前了11 m,缩短了18 m,窒息带提前了29 m,有效防止了采空区浮煤的自燃氧化。验证了既定三态材料防灭火系统的适用性,同时也说明了三态材料防止采空区浮煤自燃的可靠性。

Abstract:To solve coal spontaneous combustion problems in gob of No.2 mining area of Yangquan Coal Industry Group,the tri-state fire preventing and extinguishing materials was applied into field test in goaf of 80704 working face,the related data was collected by an optical fiber line temperature monitoring system and the beam tube monitoring,goaf gas concentrations,temperature and Three Zones have been changed significantly after the injection of tri-state material,O2 concentration of each measuring point are reducing,ultimately remained at around 5%,CO2 concentration was maintained at about 10%,temperature goaf deep was maintained at about 20 ℃,CO concentration was maintained at 11×10-6;oxidation temperature zone was moved forward 11 m,and was shorten 18 m,suffocative zone was moved forward 29 m. The application of tri-state fire preventing and extinguishing materials has effectively controlled the spontaneous combustion of float coal in gob. The applicability of the established tri-state materials against fire preventing and extinguishing system was verified,and the reliability of the tri-state materials to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal was also shown in the paper.
