摘    要:为了保证螺纹连接的可靠性和维修时拆装的便利性,液压支架立柱导向套趋于采用矩形螺纹结构。但在其加工过程中,存在断屑性能不佳和刀具磨损等问题,在一定程度上制约了生产的正常进行。针对上述状况,通过分析不同型号刀具的试切结果,制订了适应导向套矩形螺纹加工的槽宽及牙型标准。以单因素法调整进给量和转速,并通过刀片涂层耐用度对比,材料切除率、切削力和切削功率计算,确定了加工导向套矩形螺纹的切削参数。通过项目评价,分析了在最佳切削参数时的切削性能。研究表明,已批量采用B刀具替代A刀具加工液压支架立柱导向套矩形螺纹,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本。

Abstract:Based on the reliability of the connection and the convenience of maintenance when disassembling,guide sleeve of hydraulic support pillar tends to adopt structure of rectangular thread.During its process,there are problems such as chip breaker poor performance and tool wear,which restricts the normal production to some extent.Based on the above situation,through the analysis of machining test by different types of cutting tool,rectangular groove width of screw thread processing and dentoform standard are made.In a single factor method of adjusting feed and rotational speed,by comparison with the blade coating durability and by calculation of removal rate,cutting force and cutting power,cutting parameter of rectangular thread is made.Through the project evaluation,machinability is analyzed with the optimal cutting parameter.Research result has shown that hydraulic support column guide sleeve is processed by a batch of B tool instead of A cutting tool,which improves the production efficiency and reduces the manufacturing cost.
