注液冻结法在石门揭煤中防突作用的可行性研究

摘    要:根据人工冻结工程实践和注液冻结法的防突原理,通过冻结成型煤样力学实验,获取冻结煤层抗压强度等力学参数,定量分析了突出煤层注液冻结后力学性能和卸压区安全宽度的变化。根据煤层瓦斯含量公式,计算出不同冻结温度下煤层瓦斯压力。从降低煤层瓦斯压力、提高煤层力学性能、增大卸压区强度及减小瓦斯突出危险系数等方面论证了注液冻结法作为石门揭煤防突方法的可行性。

Research on feasibility in preventing the coal and gas Outburst by infecting water and freezing in uncovering coal seam in cross-cut
Abstract:The coal and gas outburst is the most dangerous and intensest when uncovering coal seam in cross-cut. Our existing prevention measures is relatively difficult to reduce coal seam gas content, release gas in advance and lower its pressure to prevent coal and gas outburst effectively. Based on artificial freezing engineering practice and the principle by injecting water and freezing to prevent coal and gas outburst, the mechanical properties of outburst coal seam that has been injected water into and frozen, together with the safety width changes in distressed zones was quantitatively analyzed in this paper. Through the mechanical experiment on the formed coal sample, which have been injected into water and frozen, compressive strength and other mechanical parameters can be obtained. According to the coal seam gas content formula, the gas pressure in different freezing temperature can be calculated. The feasibility of injecting and freezing as a new outburst prevention method in uncovering coal seam in cross-cut was proved from four aspects-lowering coal seam gas pressure, improving coal seam mechanical properties, increasing distressed zones strength and reducing coal and gas outburst risk coefficient.
