| Abstract: | The present article first gives an analysis to the background, the law guarantee, the role and the government act in the evaluation for the Chinese higher education. Then the US government act in the evaluation for the higher education is introduced. Finally the author discusses the experience in the evaluation for the American higher education, in the hope that this will help accelerate the development of the Chinese higher education evaluation. |
