| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了步态分析的基本概念，正常步态与偏瘫步态进行的比较分析在临床上具有重要意义。步态分析系统对正常受试者和偏瘫患者进行检测。给出了人体下肢关节，地面反作用力等参数的测试结果，并对下沉成人与偏瘫患者的测试结果进行比较和分析，得出了初步结论。

| Abstract: | The elementary knowledge of gait analysis is introduced,and the clinical significance of comparing hemiplegic gait with normal gait is emphasized. Using the gait analysis system,we have studied the normal and hemiplegic men. The ground reaction forces and lower limb joint angles of a normal adult and a hemiplegic patient are obtained. Based on the results, the way to distinguish normal and hemiplegic gaits is concluded. |
