老年短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清C反应蛋白水平的变化

目的 探讨老年短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）与C反应蛋白（CRP）的关系及临床意义。方法 92例老年TIA患者按病程划分为A、B、C3组，采用免疫比浊法对所有病例在起病24h内检测血清CRP含量，观察72h内头CT或MRI后与正常对照组进行比较，结果进行组间比较。结果 老年TIA患者血清CRP明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01），B、C组CRP均高于A组（P〈0．01），而且C组高于B组（P〈0．05），重型患者明显高于轻、中型患者。结论 血清C反应蛋白可能在老年TIA的发生、发展中起一定作用，并与病情程度呈正相关。

Fluctuation of serum C-reactive protein level in pations with transient ischemic attack of aged

Objective] To investigate the relationship between transient ischemic attack(TIA)of the aged and serum C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods] 92 TIA patients of the aged were divided into three groups of A,B,C.The serum CRP level was determined by immune turbidity in all patients within 24 hours.Head CT or MRI were carried out within 72 hours,and compared with normal controls,and compared between different groups of TIA.Results] The level of serum CRP with TIA of the aged was higher than control group(P <0.01).The level of serum CRP of B and C groups was higher than A group(P <0.01),and the level f serum CRP of C group was higher than B group(P <0.05),showing a highest serum CRP level in severe patients.Conclusion] This study suggests that high serum CRP level may play a role in the development of the aged patients with TIA,and serum CRP level is positively correlated with severity extent of the aged patients with TIA.
