热模拟试验机钢热变形模拟结果分析

摘    要:利用热/力学模拟试验机,对40Cr钢进行了变形温度为710℃~1050℃,应变速率为0.1/s~30/s,应变量为0.1~1.0的热模拟单向单道次压缩试验。分析了试样变形过程中计算机采集的真应变以及试样热变形后的最大直径、横向最大真应变。结果表明,40Cr钢在应变速率为10/s及以上时,试样实际横向最大真应变与变形过程中计算机采集的真应变量相差明显,两者之间的差值随应变速率的增加而增加。变形温度及变形量没有使两者产生明显差异。

Abstract:In this paper, the heat/mechanics moulding texting machine was used to make thermal compressive test for the 40Cr steel. The thermal deformation processing parameters were. deformation temperature.710℃~1050℃, strain rate.0. 1/s~30/s, strain.0.1~1.0. Maximum diameter of specimens after thermal deformation and horizontal maximum strain was analyzed. The results indicate that specimen deformation uniformity is obvious in strain rate for 10/s and above, uneven level increases when strain rate increases, Deformation temperature and quatity does not have significant impact on the two.
