淋球菌稳定L型的PCR检测

为探讨淋球菌稳定Ｌ型的特异性鉴定方法用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）技术检测非高渗秀压培养基培养淋球菌稳定Ｌ型，结果表明：常规这方法不能检出和鉴定 球菌稳定Ｌ型可用Ｌ型非高渗分离培养技术检出，并用基因诊断的方法进行特异性鉴定。非高渗分离培养法对淋球菌Ｌ型的有效检出以及ＰＣＲ技术对淋球菌稳定Ｌ型菌种的特异性鉴定，使期 可能成为临床上常规细菌学检查阴性的慢怀洒病患者的有效诊断技术 。

Detection of Stable L-forms of Neisseria Gonorrhoese by PCR

The polymerase chain reachion (PCR) was used to test the stable L-forms of Neisseria gonorrhoeae subcultured in non-high osmotic medium and gene diagnosis for the stable L-form was explored in this paper. The results were shown that the stable L-forms of N.gonorrhoeae that did not be found and determined by routine bacteriallogic method could be isolated and determined by the techniques of non-high osmotic culture and the PCR. The techniques both non-high osmotic isolation and PCR were usable to find the stable L-forms of N.gonorrhoeae and determine their species specially. It would be very useful to find the N.gonorrhoeae and their L Forms from the chronic gonorrhoea by the techniques of non-high osmotic culture and PCR.
