催化裂化汽油深度脱硫

摘    要:以双氧水与乙酸为氧化剂,对催化裂化汽油进行氧化脱硫。按正交设计方法考察双氧水的体积分数、双氧水与乙酸的体积比、反应温度及反应时间对脱硫率和收率的影响。结果表明,各因素对脱硫率的影响的大小顺序为:反应温度>双氧水与乙酸的体积比>双氧水的体积分数>反应时间;各因素对收率的影响顺序为:反应温度>反应时间>双氧水与乙酸的体积比>双氧水的体积分数。并得到氧化反应的最佳条件:双氧水的体积分数为5%,双氧水与乙酸的体积比为2∶3,采用两段温度反应,先30℃后50℃,反应时间各为10min。此时,硫的质量分数由112.2μg/g降至7.038μg/g。

Abstract:In term of the orthogonal experiment, with the hydrogen peroxide-acetic acid as oxidant, in catalytic cracking gasoline as material, the oxidant desulfurization is processed. The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature, volume percent of the hydrogen peroxide, ratio of the hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid, rate of desulfurization and accepting was examed. Based on the table of orthogonal experiment, the sequence of the factors of the oxidation reaction shows that to the rate of desulfurization, the influence order is reaction temperature, the volume percent content of the hydrogen peroxide, the proportion of the hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid, the last is the reaction time. To the rate of accepting, the order is reaction temperature, the reaction time, the proportion of the hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid, and the last is the volume percent content of hydrogen peroxide. In the light of the analysis chart of the orthogonal experiment, the best condition of the reaction is that the amount of the hydrogen peroxide is 5%, the volume ratio of the hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid is 2∶3, with the two segments temperature first 30 ℃ then 50 ℃, the time is 10 min respectively. Finally the mass fraction of the sulfur is 7.038 μg/g.
