| 摘 要： | 夹送辊在热轧带钢卷取过程中起着重要作用,结合夹送辊工作原理,对其在带钢卷取过程进行了分析,通过对夹送辊辊型、辊缝精度、标定程序、夹送辊压力补偿等技术措施,解决了夹送辊磨损大、使用寿命短、薄规格带钢跑偏等问题,提高了热轧带钢卷取质量,便于下游工序的生产使用。

| Abstract: | Pinch roll plays an important role in the process of in hot rolling strip steel coiling, this paper analyzed the process of strip coiling combining with the principle of pinch roll, by means of the technology measures of pinch roll roll type. precision of roll gap. calibration procedures, pinch roll pressure compensation, solving the problem of pinch roll wear short and thin steel strip run- ning deviation, improving the quality of the hot rolled strip steel coiling, facilitating the produc- tion of the downstream process. |
