| 摘 要： | 目的对海螵蛸的化学成分进行研究。方法采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP)、X-ray衍射分析法、热分析等方法对海螵蛸成分进行研究。结果海螵蛸中钙含量为26.7%,此外,还含有丰富的微量元素;其主要成分为碳酸钙,结构型为文石。结论分析结果对海螵蛸的进一步开发研究提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the composition of Os Sepia. Methods The compositions of Os Sepiaewas determined by means of ICP, X-ray diffraction and thermal analys,respectively. Results The contents ofcalcium was 26.7% , many trace elements were also found ;and the major component was calcium carbonate,thestyle of its structure was aragonite. Conclusion The results can provide experimental bases for further study on OsSepiae. |
