| 摘 要： | 目的进一步探讨宫颈机能不全患者宫颈环扎术的效果及其围手术期的护理。方法简要介绍了手术操作、心理护理、临床护理。结果6例患者术后恢复顺利，6例中1例孕35周流羊水而行剖宫产，5例足月顺产或剖宫产。结论宫颈机能不全患者的宫颈环扎术及其良好的围手术期护理是可取的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of cervical cerclage in patients with cervical incompetence and the nursing in peri-operation period. Methods The operative procedure, mental nursing and clinical nursing were briefly introduced. Results All the 6 patients recovered very well after the operation, in which 1 patient received uterine-incision delivery in week 35 because of the rupture of membrane, and 5 patients got full-term normal delivery or uterine-incision delivery. Conclusions The therapeutic effects of cervical cerclage in patients with cervical incompetence is promising. |
