空气波压力治疗仪预防膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察

目的：观察使用空气波治疗仪对膝关节置换术后患者肢体肿胀、疼痛情况的影响,以及预防下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的临床效果。方法：40例膝关节置换术后将患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各20例。治疗组在临床常规手术后第1天,双下肢应用POWER空气波治疗仪治疗;对照组在临床常规手术后应用低分子肝素钙药物治疗。比较两组治疗后双下肢静脉管壁光滑度、肢体肿胀、疼痛程度。结果：治疗1周后两组患者肢体肿胀、肢体疼痛情况比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗1周后肢体重度肿胀、疼痛及DVT的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：空气波治疗仪能明显减少膝关节置换术后患者下肢DVT的发生率,对早期DVT的预防有明显的作用。

Efficacy of air wave pressure therapy after knee replacement instrument to prevent deep venous thrombosis

Objective：To evaluate the use of air-wave therapy in the treatment of lower limb swelling,pain and in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis（DVT） after prosthetic replacement of joint operation.Methods：After the surgery,40 patients were evenly divided into two groups in random.The POWER air-wave therapy machine was applied on both lower limbs of patients in treatment group from the first day after surgery,and those in the control group received low-molecular heparin calcium.Lower limb swelling,pain were compared between two groups after the treatment.Results：One week after the treatment,the occurrence of lower-limb swelling,pain and DVT were found less in patients receiving POWER air-wave therapy（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Air-wave therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of lower-limb DVT in patients after lumbar operation.
