| 摘 要： | 在物流配送问题中，车辆调度问题(VRP)是一个关键问题，也是组合优化领域的前沿与热点问题。该文根据MG公司配送中心的特点，建立了该公司的VRP模型，运用启发式算法中的节约算法对MG公司配送网络进行了细致的优化，找到—个满意的方案。
