| 摘 要： | 设计了一套用于测试极限电流型氧敏元件性能的测试系统。该测试系统主要包括注气排气装置、流量控制及测量装置、供电加热装置、控温测温装置、测试电路等，可以很好地模拟氧敏元件的各种现场使用环境，能满足极限电流型氧敏元件的测试要求。设计相应的测试电路，可用于测试浓差型和半导体电阻型氧敏元件的性能。 |

| Abstract: | Designed a set of system used to test the performance of limiting current type oxygen sensor.The test system contains mainly gas injection and ventilation set,rate of flow control and measure set,power supply and heat set,temperature control and test set,test circuit,etc.So it can simulate all the situations of the oxygen sensor's workspace very well,and can meets the requirement of the performance testing of limiting current type oxygen sensor.In addition,the system can test the performance of differential concentration type and semiconductor resistive type oxygen sensors while relevant test circuit was designed. |
