| 摘 要： | 讨论了基于SOAP的分布式网络管理系统的优点，提出了一个在大型网络环境下基于SOAP的分布式网络管理体系结构，分析并设计了一个基于该模型的综合网络管理系统INMS的体系结构，解决了网元服务器的远程管理问题，根据综合网络管理系统的开发实践给出了实现方案。
