乙酰胺-尿素-NaBr熔体中Nd-Ni合金的电化学制备

摘    要:在353K的乙酰胺-尿素-NaBr熔体中,Ni(Ⅱ)一步不可逆还原为金属Ni,Nd(Ⅲ)不能单独还原为Nd,但可以被Ni(Ⅱ)诱导而共沉积.由恒电位电解法得到非晶态的Nd-Ni合金,Nd的含量随阴极电位的负移,Nd(Ⅲ)/Ni(Ⅱ)摩尔比增大及电解时间延长而增大.

Abstract:Electroreduction of Ni~(2+) to Ni in acetamide-urea-NaBr melt at 353K is irreversible in one step.Nd~(3+) is not reduced to Nd alone,but can be inductively Nideposited with Ni~(2+) The amorphous Nd-Ni alloy films were obtained by potentiostatic electrolysis.The Nintene of Nd in the Nd-Ni deposits changes with the cathode potential,molar ratio of Nd~(3+)/ Ni~(2+) and the electrolysis time.Crystalline ally is obtained after heat treatment of the deposit.
