| 摘 要： | 目的：了解前列腺结核超声声像图特征，提高其诊断准确率。方法：应用经直肠超声诊断前列腺结核12例，并分析其声像图特征及其彩色多普勒特征。结果：前列腺结核的声像图特征主要表现为强弱相间的边界不清晰的混合性回声，还可以出现一些间接征像。彩色多普勒显示前列腺结核结节周边有较丰富的血流，但中心区不能探及血流。结论：经直肠超声是诊断前列腺结核的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To understand the audiovisual property of the prostate ultrasonography in the prostate tuberculosis and increase its diagnostic accuracy.Methods: The prostate tuberculosis was examined by ultrasound via rectum and the property of audiovisual image and color Doppler was analyzed.Results: The audiovisual image of prostate tuberculosis showed complex echo with unclear boundary and the uneven strength and appeared some indirect phenomena. Color Doppler showed the brink of tuberculosis node had substantial blood flow but the blood flow of the node center could not be detected.Conclusions: The prostate ultrasonography via rectum is one of the effective methods for the diagnosis of prostate tuberculosis. |
