摘    要:研究了非均质油藏注水井分层配注水嘴与各小层分注量、分注压力及各小层物性的关系,对各小层调配前、后注水量变化规律与调配水嘴选配问题进行分析,建立了适合非均质油藏分层配注水嘴优选的方法。将配水嘴优选软件在39口井上推广使用,测试层段配注符合率91.3%,比原来提高了10.5%,平均测调周期81.1 d,比原来延长了23.8 d。对胡状油田分注水井的32个层段配水嘴进行优化计算,并与实际测试情况进行对比分析。分析结果表明,实际注水量是稳定后的平均日注水量,最大误差10%,最小误差2%,平均误差3.31%。

The optimum selection method for the layered injection allocation nozzle in heterogeneous reservoirs

Abstract:The relation between the layered injection allocation water nozzle of the injection well in heterogeneous reservoirs and the injection rate,injection pressure and physical property of small layers was studied in the paper.The change law of injection rate before and after the allocation of small layers as well as the matching of the allocation nozzle was analyzed.The method to optimize the matching of the well nozzle in heterogeneous reservoirs was established.The optimization software for nozzle matching was applied to 39 wells.The coincidence rate of the testing interval reached 91.3%,improving by 10.5%,compared with the original rate.The average measurement and control cycle was 81.1 days,lengthening by 23.8 days,compared with the original cycle.The optimized calculation of the nozzle matching in 32 intervals in Huzhuang Oilfield was conducted and a comparative analysis of the calculation and the practical testing was carried out.The result shows that the practical water injection rate is the average daily injection rate,with the maximum error being 10%,the minimum error 2% and the average error 3.31%.
