| 摘 要： | 本实验采用小剂量、长期给药的方法观察了人参总甙对正常家兔血液流变学的影响。结果表明人参总甙具有降低正常家兔血液粘度和血小板聚集性的作用,这可能是人参增加组织血流量、防治心血管疾患的重要依据。

| Abstract: | The effect of Ginseng saponins (GS) on blood viscosity, hematocrit, throm-boelastogram and platelet aggregation were examined. Thirteen white rabbits were divided into 2 groups.To one of these groups 30 mg/kg of GS was injected intraperitoneally successively for 7 days, and this was repeatad every other week; while the control group was treated with normal saline in the same way. It was found that whole blood viscosity (4s-1) was significantly lower in GS treated group from the 12th week (P<0.05) .Speed and maximal rate of platelet aggregation were potently suppressed in parallel, Other parameters men-tioned above had no marked difference. The pronounced effect observed above may be useful in preventing and curing some ischemic diseaes. |
