摘    要:点腐蚀是影响油气管线剩余寿命的重要因素,预测油气管线的点腐蚀深度扩展行为是评价管线剩余寿命的关键步骤之一。基于时间序列分析处理动态数据的特性,建立了点腐蚀观测数据时间序列分析模型,并结合实例对方法的有效性进行了分析,结果表明,应用时间序列分析预测油气管线点腐蚀深度扩展是切实可行的。

Abstract:Pitting is an important factor to influence residual lifetime of Oil & gas pipelines, Predicting the pitting depth growth behavior in Oil & gas pipelines is one of the critical procedures to assess residual lifetime of pipelines, Based on the characteristics of time series analysis in handling with dynamic data, A time series analysis model is established on pitting corrosion observation data series, And the validity of the method is analyzed with an instance. The results show that it is feasible to use time series analysis to predict the pitting depth growth in Oil & Gas pipelines.
