腐蚀在线监测技术在电厂循环冷却水系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍进行实时在线监测电厂凝汽管腐蚀的意义,电化学弱极化测量腐蚀速率的原理。通过线性极化和弱极化相结合的方法来测量腐蚀速率和极化电阻。采用中科院金属研究所研制的在线式电化学腐蚀速度测量技术在天津大唐盘山发电有限责任公司凝汽器铜管和碳钢管监测腐蚀速率。应用结果表明,在线式电化学腐蚀速度测量仪结果准确,厂方管理人员可以通过在线式电化学腐蚀速度测量系统来指导缓蚀剂的加入量。

Abstract:This paper introduced the significance of real time on line monitoring of power plant condensing steam pipe corrosion and the principle of weak polarization electrochemical corrosion rate measurement.Through the combination of linear polarization method and weak polarization method,the corrosion rate and polarization resistance were measured.The on line electrochemical corrosion rate measurement techniques,which developed by the Institute of Metal Research,Chinese Academy of Science,was used to monitor the condenser tube and carbon steel pipe corrosion rate in Tianjin Datang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Application results show that the on line electrochemical corrosion rate measurement is accurate and the power plant managers could use this system to guide the addition of corrosion inhibitors.
