| 摘 要： | 全面推广供热计量是推进建筑节能的有效途径之一。深入研究了辽宁省供热计量地区性统一热价、两部制热价比例及两部制热价的制定方法,并提出了基于两部制热价和建筑节能设计标准,包括热费分摊、计算和收缴方法等在内的辽宁省供热计量收费管理模式,为辽宁省供热计量制定热价、确立收费管理模式提供依据。
