| 摘 要： | 目的：观察升白扶正口服液对小鼠扶正、减毒等方面的作用。方法：腹腔注射（ip）环磷酰胺（cy）使正常鼠、荷瘤鼠出现体重减轻，红、白细胞减少，骨髓有核细胞下降等特定毒副反应。观察小鼠灌胃（ig）升白扶正口服液后对cy引起特定毒副反应的减毒作用。结果：扶正试验（小鼠碳粒廓清法试验）表明升白扶正口服液能明显增强网状内皮系统吞噬功能，提高机体免疫功能。减毒试验表明，升白扶正口服液对化疗药环磷酰胺引起的特定毒副反应，如体重减轻，红、白细胞减少，骨髓造血细胞功能抑制，具有明显减毒保护作用。结论：升白扶正口服液具有扶正、减毒作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of Shengbaifuzheng oral liquid on strengthening the body resistance and detoxication. Method: After intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, special adverse reations appeared in normal mice and mice bearing with S-180. Decrease of cyclophosphamide-induced adverse reactions by administrating Shengbaifuzheng oral liquid was evaluated. Result; Shengbaifuzheng oral liquid increased remarkably phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in normal mice and diminished cyclophosphamide-induced adverse reactions in mice bearing with S-180. Conclusion: Shengbaifuzheng oral liquid may possess the effects of strengthening the body resistance and detoxication. |
