风投企业跨国资源整合的熵权模型及实证研究

该文的目的在于提供一种系统的评估方法，构建资源整合方式的决策模型。使风险投资企业能结合当地区位优势和自身的战略动机选择适当的整合方式，通过资源的整合将生产函数国际移植或再造，从而提升风险投资企业跨国风险投资系统的效率。并以上海市为例，通过熵权层次分析法，完成系统有序状态的评价和测定，最终形成最优的决策指标并给出具体的资源整合方式，为风险投资企业的跨国资源整合提供理论依据和政策建议。

Entropy Decision Model and Empirical Analysis of Venture Capital Firms in Multinational Resource Integration

This paper provides a systematic method to build a resource integration decision model .The venture capital firms combine the local area advantages and its own strategic motivation to select an appropriate integrated approach .Through the integration of resources and the transplantation or recycle of international production function , it enhances the risk of cross-border venture capital investment enterprise system efficiently . Taking Shanghai for example , through the entropy AHP method , we evaluate the order and state of the system , and ultimately form the optimal decision metrics for providing evidence and policy recommendations to cross -border integration of resources theory .
