| Abstract: | The electronic course reserve system, which is based on digitalized resource and network transmission, has strong advantages in serving e-learning and distance education. By outlining the characteristics of such systems, the paper analyzes related copyright crises, and puts forward copyright strategies to construct the electronic course reserve system under the existing law environment. |
