银翘散在不同煎煮时间下对致热大鼠体温及下丘脑cAMP含量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察银翘散在不同煎煮时间下对致热大鼠体温及下丘脑cAMP含量的影响,探讨银翘散的最佳煎煮时间及其部分解热机理。方法:取合格大鼠96只,随机分为12组:空白对照组、模型对照组、阿司匹林对照组、银翘散煮沸后3min高、中、低浓度组,银翘散煮沸后6min高、中、低浓度组,银翘散煮沸后12min高、中、低浓度组,每组各8只。除空白对照组外,各鼠于背部皮下注射20%的酵母混悬液10mL/kg,随后每小时测体温1次,连续7h。3.5h后给药,7h后立即断头取出下丘脑组织,测定cAMP的含量。结果:给药后30min银翘散各组未显示出降温作用(P>0.05);1.5h,煮沸后3min高浓度组、中浓度组,银翘散煮沸后6min高浓度组、中浓度组,均显示出降温作用(P<0.01);2.5h和3.5h,银翘散各组均显示出降温作用(P<0.05),且以煮沸后3min高浓度组、6min高浓度组为优。除银翘散煮沸后3min低浓度组,6min低浓度组,12min高中低浓度组大鼠下丘脑组织中cAMP的含量未明显降低(P>0.05),其余各组均降低且有显著性差异(P<0.05);其中以银翘散煮沸后3min高浓度组和6min高浓度组效果为优。结论:银翘散具有明显的解热效应,其效果以煮沸后3、6min为优;且可降低发热大鼠下丘脑组织中cAMP的含量,其效果以煮沸后3、6min为优。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the Effect of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder in different decoction time on febrifacient bandicoots'BT(body temperature) and cAMP(Cyclic Adenosine monophosphate) in hypothalamus,investigate the best decoction time of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder and the part mechanism of decomposition heat.Methods:96 qualified bandicoots were randomly divided into 12 groups,i.e.,normal control group,model group,aspirin control group,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 minutes large dose,dominated dose,small dose group,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 6 minutes large dose,dominated dose,small dose group,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 12 minutes large dose,dominated dose,small dose group.There were 8 bandicoots in every group.Except for normal control,bandicoots got barm suspl 10mL/kg by hypodermic injection.Soon after bandicoots were measured BT per hour,keeping 7 hours.Bandicoots were fed with leechdom after 210 minutes and their hypothalamus were got to measure contents of cAMP.Results:After Bandicoots fed with leechdom 30 minutes,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder didn't display the effect of cooling(P>0.05),after Bandicoots fed with leechdom 90 minutes,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 and 6 minutes large dose,dominated dose display the effect of cooling(P<0.01),after Bandicoots fed with leechdom 150 and 210 minutes,all of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder groups display the effect of cooling(P<0.05).The effect of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 and 6 minutes large dose is better.Except for Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 and 6 minutes small dose and 12 minutes large,dominated and small dose,Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder groups could cut down the contents of cAMP in hypothalamus(P<0.05).The effect of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder boiled after 3 and 6 minutes large dose is better.Conclusion:Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder has the effect of relieving fever and cutting down the contents of cAMP in hypothalamus,which boiled after 3 and 6 minutes is better.
