基于ERP视角下的医院财务管理系统风险评价估研究

随着计算技术的快速发展与不断更新换代,计算机软件应用于企业各种管理日益增多,为企业管理带来极大方面,同时也为企业创造了很高效益。而ERP系统是当前在企业财务管理中应用最广泛的一种计算机软件。目前医院财务管理系统中风险评估方法存在较多问题,比如其评价结果与财务管理系统中实际数值存在较大的差异。由此笔者立足于ERP软件技术对医院财务管理系统风险进行评估,按照医财务管理系统相关要素,建立相关风险评价模型,在医院财务管理ERP业务正常使用中,有关信息所形成威胁而引进到危险所发生的概率运算中,那么就够得到威胁事件形成的概率,再以此作为获取风险后果评估值,通过风险后果评估值中医院财务管理系统某威胁事件的相对影响值,最后对医院财务管理的ERP项目风险的评估值进行计算。同时通过相关实验研究表明:运用此方法评估结果与财务实际值平均误差只有2.429%,说明此评估方法准确性高,应用性强。

Research on Risk Evaluation of Hospital Financial Management System Based on ERP Perspective

With the rapid development and continuous updating of computing technology,the application of computer software in various management of enterprises is increasing day by day,which brings great aspects to enterprise management and creates high benefits for enterprises.ERP system is the most widely used computer software in enterprise financial management.At present,there are many problems in the risk assessment method of the hospital financial management system,such as the difference between the assessment results and the actual values in the financial management system.Based on the ERP software technology,the author evaluates the risk of the hospital financial management system,establishes the relevant risk evaluation model according to the relevant elements of the medical financial management system.In the normal use of the hospital financial management ERP business,the threat caused by the relevant information is introduced into the probability calculation of the occurrence of the risk,then the probability of the threat event is obtained,and then as a result Take the risk consequence evaluation value,through the risk consequence evaluation value,the relative impact value of a threat event in the financial management system of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and finally calculate the risk evaluation value of the ERP project in the financial management of the hospital.At the same time,the relevant experimental research shows that the average error between the evaluation result and the actual financial value is only 2.429%,which shows that the evaluation method is of high accuracy and strong applicability.
