扬子鳄胆囊的组织学研究

目的：通过对扬子鳄胆囊组织结构的观察，探讨其胆囊的功能。材料与方法L：用组织及细胞化学染色法，在光镜和电镜下对4例成年扬子鳄胆囊进行了观察。结果：胆囊及胆囊管壁由粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层及浆膜层组成。胆囊粘膜表面较平整，粘膜上皮由单层高柱状细胞构成，细胞中含大量透明的分泌颗粒，PAS反应呈强阳性。胆囊管粘膜具有许多规则的皱襞，粘膜上皮由单层柱状细胞构成，细胞顶部PAS反应阳性含少数透明的分泌颗粒，粘膜下层有大量色素沉积。结论：扬子鳄胆囊及胆囊管除吸收作用外，还能分泌粘液。

HISTOLOGICAL RESEARCH ON THE GALL BLADDER OF ALLIGATOR SINENSIS

Obiective:To investigate the function of the gall bladder of Alligator Sinensis was by obseving the histological structure of gallbladder.Methods:By means of histological and cytochemical staining techniques,4 gallbladders from adult alligators were observed under light and electron microscope.Results:The wall of gallbladder and bile duct all consisted of mucosa,submucosa,musculary and serosa.The surface of mucosa of gallbladder was smooth.Epithelia of the mucosa were composed of simple tall columnar cells which contained a large number of transparent secretory granules and was strong positive in PAS-reaction.There were a lot of regular folds at the surface of mucosa of bile duct.Epithelia of the mucosa were made up of simple columnar cells at the top there were some secretory granules,transparent and positive in PAS-reaction.There were plenty of pigmentation in the submucosa of bile duct.Conclusion:The gallbladder and bile duct of Alligator Sinensis can secrete mucous besides absorption.
